O-Shot for sexual enhancement or urinary incontinence
Many women suffer from urinary incontinence, painful intercourse and a loss of sexual function. One in 20 women over the age of 20 experience urinary incontinence, and it significantly affects their lives. As an Ob/Gyn, I know the steps these women go through to minimize the symptoms. Limiting water intake, going to the bathroom every 1-2 hours, wearing protective pads, doing Kegel exercises, and ultimately trying anticholinergic drugs whose side effects are dry mouth, constipation, and feeling fuzzy-headed.

The O-Shot has been very effective in restoring sensation and increasing sexual pleasure and quality of orgasms.
In addition to urinary incontinence, a loss of sexual function, whether from low sexual desire, lack of arousal, female orgasm disorder, dyspareunia (painful intercourse) can negatively impact your life and relationships. Additionally, women who suffer from lichen sclerosis may have new hope with PRP as a possible break-through therapy for this disease. Women who suffer from lichen sclerosis often go years without the ability to have sexual relations that can be left with permanent scarring and have a 5-10% increased risk of suffering from vulvar cancer. The O-Shot Procedure
The O-Shot procedure begins with the patient having their blood drawn. The blood is then treated to extract the platelet-containing growth factors in the plasma. The platelet-rich plasma is then injected back into the patient after the area is numbed with an anesthetic cream and an injected local anesthetic. The injections are placed near the clitoris and into a very specific area of the vagina. There is little or no discomfort to the procedure. Remember, it’s important to have your hormones at optimal levels, and balanced, for you to realize your best results. What patients have said after the procedure:
